Requirements
Must be able to:
Establish and Monitor Financial Systems: Create, monitor, and evaluate financial systems within their organizations. Collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information to document firms' financial performance and position companies to make well-informed financial decisions.
Meet Financial Objectives: Assist in forecasting requirements, draft annual budgets, and project expenditures to prepare periodic statements and meet financial regulatory requirements. Analyze general ledger variances and suggest corrective action for management's approval to meet annual accounting financial objectives.
Achieve Operational Objectives: Develop action plans, audit operations, and propose efficiency improvements. To be able yo lead the accounting team to provide accurate, timely data and recommendations.
Monitor Revenue and Expenses: Assess the companies' financial wellbeing by tracking revenue and expenses, consolidating and analyzing financial data, preparing special reports, maintaining internal controls and other best practices, and reporting activity to internal and external customers.

Our team has been assembled by Dean Walsh who was recruited by AFM Group over 2 years ago and has been a driving force in creating our film service department, he has drawn from his own 15 year experience in the industry and has been successful in drawing like minded experience individuals to our brand and collectively have over 80 years of experience working in the film and commercial industry. We have selected some of the productions our staff have worked on over the years and we sure your production will find a safe home on our wall of past productions.
